Regular servicing of your all-wheel-drive (AWD) vehicle is essential to enable your vehicle to continue to switch seamlessly between front-wheel and all-wheel driving.

It used to be the case that AWD vehicles were fitted with a filter that collect unwanted particles of friction material that slowly build up within the oil in the coupling. However, in more modern vehicles the filter has been replaced with an oil strainer which can get blocked if it isn’t serviced regularly.
